2D gauge panel for PMDG B777

1. Include the enclosed panel.cfg file
2. SimObjects -> Airplanes -> PMDG 777-200LR -> Copy to the panel folder (overwrite)
- The 777-300ER and 777F panels use the same 200LR.
You do not need to modify panel.cfg for that aircraft.
3. Please refer to pmdg777-2d.jpg file for gauge layout.
- The radio panel can be called via shift + 7.
※ panel-original.zip file is original of panel.cfg file.
If you want to return to the original cfg, please use the file.
※ v3 and v4 are combined
